Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Chronicles mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. User Account

• To access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Engage in abusive behavior, making false claims or other misconduct towards other users of the App or third parties

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or secure.
• In no event will Chronicles, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
